For "lake days," the house can sleep 12-16 and the driveway can handle 12+ vehicles. (We have personally done both.) The kitchen was refurbished in 2025. Surfaces were upgraded from granite to quartz, backsplash was tiled (upgraded from tin), and the sink/faucet/disposal were replaced. All appliances are stainless (Frigidaire Gallery). Island has two seats and can be enlarged, if desired. Home was built in 2015 - we are the second owners. We added steps from the deck in 2021, extended the dock roof in 2022, and replaced the main HVAC unit in 2023 and carpet in the Master with LVP in 2025. It is unusual to find a home with open water views in a nice neighborhood (with friendly neighbors) which doesn't need to be completely refurbished and has an easy walk to the water from the house without paying over a million dollars.
