We have a lovely 2 bedroom guest house for rent on our 5 acre property. It's very private and quiet (we are looking for a person who loves peace and quiet and lives that way as well). The views from each window are spectacular. Two windows have great views of the La Platas and the other side has views of Mesa Verde. We are south of downtown up Weber road and off or county road H. There's stainless appliances, washer/dryer in unit. Utilities are included in the rent. We would like to rent the place as furnished in the pictures, but will consider unfurnished. Indoor cats will be considered. The rent is $1400. Our property is available on 6/1
