Lots of cabinets, shower/ large sliding glass door.. Yard is private but shared with me..There are low voltage lights along the walkway, back and front yards and near the back house. I leave these on all night, and they look quite amazing. Would love to find someone interested in gardening, but not a deal breaker. Los Angeles Forest less than 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to Burbank airport, 20 minutes to downtown LA. 10 minutes to Pasadena, easy fwy access, grocery store/bank/restaurants all within a few minutes walk..
