While Superior is a relaxing desert retreat, it is within easy travel distance to the Phoenix metro and Globe/Miami areas if you are traveling to our area for work in the neighboring copper mines. Available on one month to 6 month lease, please note NOT available for long term lease. Viewings can be arranged after application has been completed. Please note screening criteria before submitting application; income must be verifiable at 30% income to rent ratio, credit score minumum acceptance level is set and eviction free history is required for consideration. Purposed for the short term to mid-term worker or student with a close proximty to the 3 largest copper mines and neighboring medical facilities within the Copper Corridor .
