Electricity is from South Alabama Electric Cooperative. The first month's rent and deposit are due on the lease's start date. A minimum of a one-year lease is required. The deposit for pets is a non-refundable $500. There are washer and dryer hookups but the owner does not provide the washer and dryer. The backyard is not fenced in and the yard work will be the responsibility of the tenant to maintain. The home has a septic system. Two keys will be provided. The renter is required to have renters insurance, this is not paid for by the owner (The owner pays for fire and weather insurance only, and is not responsible for the coverage of any of the tenant's property).
