I am renting one of my master bedrooms in my brand new, three-story house. The room is on the 1st floor of the house, while the rest of the rooms are on the 3rd floor. It is 400sq. ft. with your own private bathroom, dual sinks, large standing shower, enclosed toilet, and a spacious walk in closet. This room will be unfurnished. We are on Buffalo & Windmill and between Rainbow with tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the airport is less than 15 mins away. You'd be living with three roommates. We're laid-back roommates who value a peaceful and clean living environment. There is plenty of street parking and we're on a corner street with a caul de sac so it's pretty quiet and very safe. We are only looking for ONE roommate. No pets, frequent guests, or overnight guests. No pets, no smoking, no overnight guests no frequent guests. This room is available to ONE renter only.
