Apartment #2 - Full remodel with all new appliances, kitchen, plumbing, flooring, paint & fixtures. - This is a neighborhood with families, neighbors walking, and kids biking. The tenant would need to fit this quiet, relaxed community. - These apartments are a 5 minute drive from downtown Wooster and a 2 minute drive from Route 30 for those who commute to work. - 2 minute drive to Dollar General & a Marathon gas station. Amenities include: - Trash dumpster on site - Lawn mowing (tenants are responsible for weeding and care of flower beds) Additional costs, - County Sewer is $65 a month and is payable to us as we pay the city - If a pet is added -As a landlord we cover the cost of water & sewer, lawn mowing, salt for water softener and trash. We additionally provide the living room AC unit. All others are the tenant's responsibility, if desired. -Tenant pays all other utilities. -Lease is 1 year. -No smoking of any kind including tobacco & marijuana and anything that leaves a residue or smell.
