Things you should know about this house: You'll love your neighbors and your neighborhood. Small town values live here and we watch out for each another. If you have children you will soon have a grandma on each side of you who will love and spoil them. You will own three beautiful, old, weeping birch trees that have recently been pruned by a professional arborist and treated for birch bore through Senske Services, (less expensive and more effective than doing it yourself). The transformation of this home began with a consultation from Holly Cook, interior designer. Then Christensen Cabinets custom designed the kitchen and built quiet close, white laminated, easy clean, cabinetry with lazy susans and pull out drawers for easy storage. R&J custom counter tops were then installed and upper cabinets with crown after that. Grey linen tiles, that sing when you sweep them, were installed to flow through from the kitchen to dining area and laundry room. Blake, with Cook Electric, rewired the kitchen, laundry, and can lighting. Travis Case with East Idaho Hard Wood transformed the wood floors and stairs, wearing only one respirator mask for 4 days, might we add, as he and we were not able to find another. What an angel. KJ's cut and installed an egress window in the basement family room. Eagle rock flooring installed new carpet. Gem state Tub refinishing added a new glaze to the cast iron tubs. Mud Dawgs Concrete removed the trip hazard caused by the deteriorating sidewalk and replaced not only the driveway but added an RV pad. Many thanks to these amazing contractors. This home is a jewel we hope you will enjoy.
