I recently received new furniture, so the photos haven't been updated yet. The room includes a bed, nightstand, and dresser. A TV can be provided upon request. The townhome features a private patio and backyard, and you'll have one designated parking space in the driveway. It is located in Berkshire Lakes, conveniently next to Publix, Athletica, banks, shops, and just off Exit 105. The community offers great amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, pickleball courts, bocce, and more. I'm looking for a male roommate who is clean, quiet, respectful, and plans to stay for at least one year. This is a peaceful neighborhood, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a calm, drama-free living environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the community, and I also keep the home smoke-free. Rent: $1,000 per month, which includes water.
