Covert Park Beach and Campground is a 4 minute drive, Van Buren State Park is a 7 minute drive. Possibility to convert to RV campground, mini home summer vacation rental, or rebuild a cottage for a summer getaway. The house has foundation issues and is likely a teardown or full gut and rebuild. Roof doesn't appear to leak and does have sewer, gas, electric, water hookups. There is also a wood stove that can heat the home in the winter very easily, but no central HVAC. House abandoned the last 6 years and is not currently livable. Everything in the property will be sold as-is, where-is, with a fiduciary deed as it is currently part of an estate. Includes some machinery, a diesel Kubota tractor with commercial deck (not currently running), a farm truck also not currently running, and several tools to harvest blueberries. There is also a well and an irrigation system in the back for the field, but will require work to get operational. There is a large barn onsite with electrical and large door on overhead rollers. Large enough o get a blueberry harvester in, or boats, toys, etc. Seller is a representative of the estate and has authority to sell but has never lived on the property and will not be able to help with equipment or status of items.
