There is also a sunny backyard with a deck, lawn, and vegetable garden! All utilities (gas, electric, and water, as well as internet) are included in the rent. The basement, bathrooms, and kitchen are all newly renovated. The kitchen features an induction stovetop, double oven, and butcher block baking counter. Just a couple minutes' drive from the Lexington plaza grocery stores, coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants, as well as Target and the Roseville library. 2.5 blocks from the Route 61 bus stop. First and last month's rent and security deposit due at signing. $45 application fee to facilitate a background check. Minimum one-year lease. Smoking is not allowed in the house. There is safe on-street parking. One of the current tenants has a cat, and we unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional cats/dogs at this time. We are open to other pets (i.e. lizards, hamsters, etc.) upon agreement with current tenants. Tenants are expected to share basic seasonal maintenance such as mowing the lawn and shoveling snow.
