More pluses: all utilities covered by rent, pet friendly, garage parking space, new laundry machines in-unit, gorgeous rooftop with sweeping views of LA, giant kitchen and living room space w/ Thermador appliances. You would be living with me -- I'm a game designer and teacher here in LA. Would like to start with a month-to-month or 6-month lease, and go from there!
