Close to I10, Downtown Jacksonville, NSA JAX, Cecil Fields. About 45 minutes to an hour from the Beach, Border of Georgia, UNF, JAX port, Cruise Lines and many other places or facilities. Minimum one year lease. Renter is responsible for electric, water and any other amenities they desired. Renter advised to get renter's insurance. Owner and property manager shall not be responsible for tenant's property and belongings. Small pets are permitted (up to 25 pounds). No smoking are allowed in the mobile home. Parking will be allowed in the immediate of property and on the street. Pet deposits will be required as a non refundable pet deposit of $350.00 for the first pet and $150.00 for the second pet with a maximum of only two pets allowed.
