The Chancellor house has the best views of Pikes Peak off of a second story balcony with a swing. It is located right at the front of the neighborhood which provides quick access to shopping, main commuting streets, and the cottonwood creek trail. This home is our main residence and we hope you enjoy the new carpet, open layout, and large back yard. Utilities included up to $350 (gas, water, electricity, trash). Anything after this amount needs to be paid by the renter. Internet is included, but renters need to use their own log-ins for streaming services on TVs. The home is available Jan 2025-May 2025. No extensions or additional stay is allowed. We are leaving the country for an educational sabbatical and will need our primary residence back upon return in June 2025.
