This is a slightly unique rental situation. We are a family of four (husband, wife, and two daughters) along with two large dogs. We live in a large Victorian home in Lowville, NY. The property is fenced in and the available rental property is in the back of the house. The tenant would walk into the fenced-in area, to the back door and take a set of stairs to the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our home. There is no access to the home from the apartment. Given that we share the same building and have dogs that roam the fenced-in area, we are looking for a tenant that is responsible, trustworthy and willing to communicate about the dogs, any issues with apartment, and be friendly when they see our girls playing in the yard. We respect our tenants privacy. We provide all amenities (electric, heat, water, garbage, allow tenant to connect to our home's wifi). We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, employed, kind and respectful. It is an ideal for a single person. Utilities included: gas, trash, sewer, trash removal and water. No firearms on property: building shared with owner. No smoking on property. Heat, water, electric, wifi, and snow removal of the walkway are all included. Parking is on the street or the church parking lot next door. We are a family of 4 (2 children) and we have two dogs and a fenced in area on the property. The dogs provide safety but we cannot have other cats or dogs around them. Small animals (like hamsters) would be ok in the apartment. Must have comfort with being around dogs - the dogs may occasionally be outside the front door but would never be in the apartment living space.
