So it's not for everyone . It's 25 by 25 room living room with sink and cabinets, bathroom with tiolet and shower It has it own full size stove , has oven, microwave and full size Frig , tiled living room smaller bedroom kitchen and bathroom It has a , 1 king,, 1 full size bed and sofa bed coach , and coffee table but these can be removed . It's a quiet location after 9 pm -8 - 10 am depending on the day . We are looking for the right match for us both We are not a fit for people looking for a fit for their dog, party pad, heavy drinking , or ice use.
