I have two month-to-month rooms available in West Asheville - two blocks from Sunny Point! One is $550/mo and the other is $600/mo, utils not included. Security deposit is the same as rent. One available now, one Feb 1. I enjoy having roommates that are friends, but additionally have their own things going on. Kind of a happy medium in between.
