Large windows provide lots of light, and extra insulation keeps the studio cool in summer/warm in winter and dry. The studio is available for one person only. There is not enough parking for two cars. Ideally looking for someone who is employed outside the home, does not have frequent visitors and/or overnight guests, and is quiet. The main house is being rented separately from the studio apartment, but the breaker box for the entire house is located in the studio apartment, so good relations with the tenants upstairs will be a must. A $100 discount for general yard and property maintenance may be available for tenants who can mow the grass each week, rake leaves and other seasonal yard work, and handle simple repairs for the main house and studio spaces as needed. Rent includes all utilities (electric, propane heat, water, wifi). No smoking and no pets in the studio. The studio is located in a quiet country setting only 5-10 minutes from downtown Brevard, roughly half way between downtown Brevard and Rosman off Hwy 64.
