Two car garage plus parking in the driveway in front of the unit. Garage is also provisioned for a level two fast EV charger. Dedicated laundry located on private patio. Surfboards & boogie boards available for use. Newly installed outdoor shower area is perfect for that after beach rinse off. New split zone air conditioning system is provided for cooling both bedrooms. We are accepting stays of between 1 to 12+ months. Currently available for the months of April, May, & June 2023.
