My biggest decision these days is whether to take advantage of the tranquility of our park-like surroundings or get social with our neighbors and friends at the Yacht Club, Country Club, Fitness Center, Day Spa or tennis courts! Do I want to play golf or will I join a group later for dinner? No matter what I am doing, I feel good knowing that I live in a gated community on Lake Conroe. I love starting each day with the perfect cup on our private screened in patio, watching the golfers. Guests tell us that our home is warm and inviting; they also love the privacy of having their own bathroom. We are having fun deciding the best way to enjoy our large upstairs flex room, reading room? Game room?. And when the day comes to an end, I love having a glass of my favorite beverage while watching the stars at night from one of our 2 upstairs balconies while reflecting about how fortunate we are to have this incredible lifestyle. p.s. Tons of decked attic space and home is a green home.
