So you could move in as soon as possible with an opportunity to renew the lease in August. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a real wood burning fireplace, an in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a new microwave, an oven/stove, a spacious patio, and an outdoor storage room. The apartment complex also has an outdoor community pool and hot-tub. It's right across from the dark horse and within a short walking distance from CU's campus! They are also pet friendly here with lots of greenery outside for them too!
