The front yard is shared with the other unit, so some small, clean, and safe pets are fine upon landlord acceptance, but there can be NO loud, large, destructive or aggressive breeds allowed on the property. However, any pets will require an additional pet fee of $200.00. Because this property is a duplex, consideration of the neighbors is essential. Noise control and proper parking is important. SCHOOLS: Vestal Elementary School, Binnsmead Middle School, Madison High School. Also close to Cascade College and Multnomah Bible Seminary. This unit is located very near Glisan St. bus line and Gateway area stores. This is a NO SMOKING property. Currently, rent is on a month-to-month basis at $1850.00 per month. There is an initial $550.00 security deposit/fee ($300.00 refundable when leaving upon a satisfactory inspection and a $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee). Only first month rent and deposit are required to move in. However, there will be a tenant screening which requires the prospective tenant(s) to fill out an application form that verifies employment, credit history, criminal history and prior rental history per current Oregon law.
