The house is on Broadway facing the elk refuge in east Jackson with an uninterrupted view of the Tetons. A nice backyard with a patio and outside storage space, and a washer and dryer. It is a couple living in one room, and two people in the other two rooms, We are all around 25 years old. We are looking for someone to move in on June 1st. The Lease cycle is 1 year from June 1, with 2 months probation period to assure that we all live well together. No tobacco smoking in the house. Garage space is available depending on current tenants. Tenants are responsible for keeping shared spaces clean and being respectful to others' personal spaces. Late rent payments may result in additional fines.
