UTILITIES Utilities are billed at a $150 per month flat rate excluding electricity. Electricity is separately metered. Most tenants average between $30 and $100 per month, which is why electricity is metered so residents pay only for what they use. PETS Prefer no pets but may consider on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a $400 one-time pet fee per pet applies along with monthly pet rent ranging from $50 to $100 per pet depending on size. LEASE TERMS Twelve-month lease. Converts to month-to-month after the first year. Thirty-day notice required to vacate.
