There is a storage closet on the balcony and bikes can be stored under the stairs of the complex. 1.5 parking spaces are allowed per unit close to the building plus there are many visitor spots always open across from owner/tenant parking. Only gas golf carts are allowed due to HOA rules so the half parking space is for a cart or motorcycle etc. In one direction you can walk to the beach and in the other you can walk to everything you need without ever having to drive.
