This is a charming cottage that is light, and bright, and spotlessly maintained. It has high end finishes throughout and was thoughtfully designed by the current owners (myself and my husband). The cottage sits very near the edge of the lake (about 25 feet from the water) so that when you are sitting inside in the living room, all you can see is the dock and the water...it sometimes feels like we're on a houseboat. The property has a covered deck where you can relax and gaze out at the lake, a large shady maple to keep the cottage cool in the summer, and a dock for mooring a boat. The cottage is on a fishing lake, with a 5 MPH speed limit, so it is super quiet and relaxing. No jet skies. No big motor boats. Just an occasional fisherman, geese, ducks, bald eagles, etc. We've even seen an otter swim by a couple of times. The property is fully fenced so if you had a dog you would have no worries. There are two small storage sheds on the property for storing garden tools, etc. and the extra stuff that people always seem to accumulate.
