Cozy home with new laminate flooring throughout the home. Bathroom is tub and shower, tile floor. Central air, propane heat, doesn’t cost much to heat. Good working sewer, cedar siding, fire pit, great for a family. Set off of the road for lots of privacy. Open floor plan with huh vaulted ceilings in living room, dining room, and kitchen. We don’t way to leave this home but need to relocate to a warmer drier climate for one of our children’s health. Home has central air, forced air. Heating is less than $1000/year. (Usually unless it’s a crazy bad year!) we have a mound system, have never had problems with it. Cedar siding, tub needs replacing but we have a new tub in it’s box we would put in. We have extra laminate so you could do the bathroom if you wanted.
