Hi everyone! I am looking for a subletter to take over my lease at Beach Club Detroit as soon as possible. The lease is for an 870 sqft 1-bedroom apartment. The Beach Club complex is located on the Detroit riverfront next to Belle Isle on East Jefferson Ave. The rent is $1,334.50 with water, sewage, and trash included. Parking is free. The tenant is responsible for the electricity bill. I moved into the unit after it was recently renovated in August 2022. The lease is until August 31st, 2023, but I'm sure you can work with the property management company to extend the lease. If you are approved and can take over the lease in February, you can keep the already-paid deposit on the unit.
