This home has been updated and well maintained. It is a large one bedroom with an additional room which I use for an office. I have granite countertops in kitchen and applicances were updated in 2000. I also have built-in closets in both the hall and large bedroom. Updates also include tiled entry and bath and berber carpet. Neighborhood Description This unit is one of 32 and is located in the wonderful Piedmont Ave. neighborhood. The building includes many long term owners who want to have peace and harmony among all residents and to do the necessary building upkeep to increase property appreciation. I hate to leave, but I wish to move to a retirement community. Though the zipcode on this site (and many others) indicates this property is located in Piedmont, it is actually in Oakland--Piedmont is across the street.
