    RECENT NEWS: We just rented bedroom #3 today, and plan to rent bedroom #1 tomorrow, so those 2 rooms are gone. We also just extended bedroom #2, which was going to be available today, one more month, to May 30, but it will be availble after that. NOTE: No really short-term rentals, sorry. Big beautiful house 2 blocks from Safeway. PETS OK! We have 3 bedrooms available now in a nice 6BR/3BA SFH. 1 mile from Google and 2 blocks from Safeway! Bedroom #1 is just about standard sized, with a clear space (ie excluding the closet) of 11 ft x 9 ft, with a standard sized closet. It is on the 2nd floor. King sized beds would be a bit of a tight fit, unless you have less furniture or nightstands. This BR is normally $1280/mo but is being discounted to $1230/mo. for someone signing a lease starting in February. It also has a dresser and nightstand in it that the tenant can either choose to use or not use. Bedroom #2 is next to it on the 2nd floor, with a clear space (excluding the closet) of 10 ft 8 in x 9 ft 8 in, also with a standard closet. The floors on that bedroom were just sanded and poly'd earlier this year and look beautiful! It is normally $1350/mo but is being discounted to $1280/mo for someone signing a lease starting in November. Bedroom #3 is significantly larger, at 11 ft 4 in x 11 ft, though with a slightly smaller closet. It is on the ground floor, and was also sanded and poly'd earlier this year, and looks great. This BR/BA is normally $1480/mo but is being discounted to $1380 for someone who signs a lease starting in March. Note that utilities are not included on this house, and those, together with the cleaning service that's been set up, typically cost about $200 - $210 or $220/mo per person. You can also rent both remaining rooms for $200 less. For all 3 BRs, you would share 2 full bathrooms with 4 of the other bedrooms. Half mile from 85/101 for great ease of commute! Shed in back can be used as office or for additional storage and is appr 120 sft. Utilities are not included, but being spread among multiple roommates keeps the overall cost down. There is currently 1 dog at the property though the dog stays in its own room or in part of the back yard most of the time, and the house is nevertheless quite clean. More cats or dogs are fine, as long as the dogs do not bark frequently, loudly, or at night, or when the owner is away. House is semi-furnished with couches, tables, etc., though no beds or bedroom mattresses. Call, text, or email for further information or to set up an appointment to see this lovely home. No smoking or vaping indoors. All leases are month-to-month for flexibility in case the multi-person living situation doesn't work out, although tenants who hope to stay for close to a year or longer, if all else works out, or who know they'll be there at least 6 months, with a good possibility of extending their lease, are strongly preferred.
