We have started a remodel on this old house, due to my husband's ill mother we need to move closer to her.. Great yard for horses or cattle. Barn for horses. All in the last year, mostly new drywall, new water heater, new tub/shower combo, new stainless steel fridge, new stainless steel double oven, new stainless steel dishwasher, new stainless steel over the oven microwave. New well and pump put in Feb 2012. New laminate floors in almost the entire house, new stainless steel sink, new toilet. House still needs alot of work. Raspberies are abundant on the back of the property. Plenty of space to build or add. We are taking a loss. Low traffic, beautiful views. If you are looking for peace and quiet, with deer and wildlife in abundance this is perfect.
