This is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom with a housemate. The bedroom is 11x10 and has its own closet. It is also the closest to the entrance of the house with a large window. You are welcome to all of the house except for the bedrooms of each housemate of course. There is a nice backyard with a flat top grill, hot tub, and tv all outside. The living room has a large tv with a very comfy couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, air fryer, Keurig, Breville espresso machine, and slow cooker. We have a washer/ dryer as well. Currently we have 3 dogs and 1 cat and they are extremely friendly. We are close to Lonestar College (Cypress) and a great location close to many relevant stores. Ideally would like to have the lease be renewed annually. No other fees beyond Rent + share of utilities. Utilities include WiFi, Water, Energy, Trash (billed quarterly). You are welcome to park in the driveway as the garage is full currently. No smoking inside (vapes okay). Setting to no pets because I would like to talk about it before hand.
