Additional amenities include a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice. Nearby activities include dining at Herringbone, visiting Scripps Beach, La Jolla Shores Park for beach activities, surfing lessons, scuba diving, and kayaking through the La Jolla Sea Caves. Enjoy local eateries like Caroline's Seaside Cafe, Wheat and Water for pizza, and Masala Street for Indian cuisine. This home does not offer pool heat and does not have AC. It is on a busy street and may result in noise from traffic. The master bath is designed as an open-air feature and does not contain a door between the primary bedroom and master bathroom. The home contains drought-tolerant landscaping that may not appear as in the listing photos. The plumbing system is from the original build of this home and must be treated with sensitivity. The pool slide does not work while the spa is being heated. Service animals are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
