    I have a room to rent in my home. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath. Beautiful Home, Private room, comfortable and quite, TV and Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer, everything provided, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. Also provide a Cleaning Lady, Josefa, she has been with me for years, is great, an Exterminator that comes regularly and a Pool Guy who takes care of the Pool and Jacuzzi. Have a Water Purification, Water Softening and Reverse Osmosis System, Solar Panels for the house and the pool. In the NW, Centennial Hills, a great place to live, everyone that has been here stays for 2 or more years. I am retired, easy going, a good guy. Have 3 Daughters and 5 Grandchildren, they all live in San Francisco or Hawaii. It is important to me who lives in my home, and want you to feel it is your home also. 6 month lease, then month to month or negotiable. No other fees, rent only, everything else provided. Security Deposit is 100% refundable. Pool and Jacuzzi. Solar Panels for home and pool. Water purification system, water softening system, reverse osmosis system.
