We require12 months of valid rental history. 12 months of employment history Our income requirement is 2.5 to 3 times the rent in income 1 year of positive established credit. If an applicant does not meet the requirements an increased deposit or cosigner may be requested. Our application fee is $45 each. We have a holding fee of $300 used to reserve the home and will apply towards the administrative fee. We welcome dogs and cats in all shapes and sizes! The Pet deposit for 1 pet is $750 and an additional $400 for 2 pets. The Pet deposit is refundable.
