We're looking for good, long-term renters who want to settle in and make this place feel like home for a while. We're really hoping to find people who might stay for years if it works out well for everyone. The longer the better, honestly, but we understand life changes, so we're open to starting with a 12-month lease and going from there. We keep things straightforward and take care of maintenance as needed. The house is a solid 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home, about 1900 square feet, in a really convenient central spot in Albuquerque. You're walking distance to Winrock Town Center, where there's usually something happening most weekends: farmers markets, live music, family events, holiday stuff, yoga in the park, and more. It's right near ABQ Uptown with Trader Joe's, Apple Store, and all the other shops and restaurants super close by. Getting on and off the freeway is easy, no hassle with traffic. The schools are great: Inez Elementary, Grant Middle, and Sandia High are all in the neighborhood, which is a big plus for families. Inside, the open living space flows nicely with two fireplaces that can be used. The house has six mini-splits provide cooling and heating throughout the whole house for reliable comfort. Windows are energy-efficient too. The backyard is a good workable size, perfect for gardening or letting a dog run around. There's a two-car garage with a large pantry for extra storage. We just put in new carpet throughout, so it all feels fresh and clean. We cover the water bill, which helps since mini-splits can add a little to electric bills in the colder months. We're focused on finding stable, respectful tenants who plan to stay put as long as possible. One pet might be considered (we can talk about size, type, etc.), but no multiples or aggressive breeds please. Rent is $2,200 per month.
