The home is fully furnished which includes everything you'll need including all bedding, towels and kitchenware. Occupying the top floor of a two unit Victorian the home is approximately 1,500 sf with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and was renovated with high end finishes. The Master Bedroom is big with an ensuite bathroom with a large deep bathtub. The other two bedrooms are of a good size and both have queen size beds. The home has a spacious open plan modern kitchen-living room which flows onto a nice deck overlooking a beautiful backyard. The kitchen has a commercial stove and stainless steel appliances. Depending on one's needs, one of the bedrooms could have the bed removed and be turned into a dedicated private home office. Located in a quiet part of the Mission District and within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, stores and all the Mission has to offer. There are two Bart stations within walking distance and access to the 101 and 280 freeways is a few minutes away. The rental includes a parking space for a small to medium sized vehicle, a garage, a lovely back yard and Sonic high speed wifi. This is a residential unit and would not be suitable for large gatherings or any type of business or commercial activities or parties. Monthly rent $5,800 + $250 for all utilities.
