Welcome home! Enjoy the beautiful mountian views at the Palm Desert Country Club. We have everything you need in this furnished home to enjoy the desert: golf storage, pool, hot tub, air conditioned 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with sleeping space for 7 not including a pull out couch and another couch comfortable to sleep on. Our attached garage fits one car and has charging capabilities for EV cars. The home is decorated in a Desert Modern look and well appointed with all kitchen and linen you could need for any occasion. Please enjoy your time in our home. We look forward to meeting you! We are looking for someone to enjoy our home and sign a one-year lease. We are open to two years but this is at your discretion. One month free rent for a year signed lease and two months free if you sign a two year lease. We will pay for the pool maintenance but most other bills will be paid by the tenant (gas, electric, water, garbage, etc). The lawn maintenance can by done by the tenants or they can pay the gentleman we have contracted at a rate of $125 per month to keep the grass green and trimmed and water and trim the foilage. We are ok with pets within reason and the entire back yard is fenced. Other owners enjoy taking thier dogs on the golf course at night and enjoying the mountian views.
