Currently the property comes furnished with all needed appliances, couches bedding etc. However if youre someone who prefers to bring their own items this can be discussed and changed. Property is very secluded, off road, large spaces of land 13 acres exact to be accessed, does have a creek on the property, pet friendly, currently we've been taking care of mowing the yard that can be discussed based off what you need or are able to do.
