There is a covered patio off the living room downstairs, as well as a large skylight in the living room (we are the only unit in the complex with a skylight!). The condo has central heating and A/C. There are washer and dryer hookups in the attached 1 car garage. There are spacious vaulted ceilings and mirrored closet doors in the bedrooms. There is a 200 sq ft attic, with an entry in the bedroom, that is perfect for storage. This condo is right next to the I-8 freeway off ramp, eastbound and westbound. You are very close to El Cajon Blvd and University Ave. Costco and Grossmont Center are close too. This condo has an attached one car garage and comes with an extra parking space right in front of the condo. There are also lots of visitor parking spaces right in front of the condo that are almost always vacant. This complex also has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, with bathroom/changing rooms, tennis courts and basketball courts. If you have a dog, there are lots of designated walking trails. There are also lots of doggie bag stations all around the complex. They use nice thick bags and fully stock all the stations. There is a doggie station right outside your front door. Renter responsible for gas, electric, and all cable and internet service. Security deposit and first month's rent due at time of signing. Water and trash included in rental fee. No smoking allowed. Per the HOA, up to 2 small pets (only cats and dogs), weighing a total of 40 lbs between the two, are permitted. Additional fee for pet deposit. There is an attached 1 car garage and 1 unit-specific parking space right in front of the unit. Plenty of visitor parking for guests. If needed, we can request an additional parking spot (may not be located in front of unit) for a small additional fee. Washer and dryer not included, hook ups are located in garage. Refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher all included in rental.
