This house is unique and charming, easy to care for. well landscaped and treed. We are on the lake, have a dock that our children and neighbors have enjoyed immensely..ice skating, fishing, sailing, very private. Beautiful lake with many beautiful sunsets from kitchen and small den. Surreywood is a wonderful place, safe, place to raise a family...Their is wonderful community center with pool and tennis courts. Neighbors in Surreywood are very involved and have monthy activities planned year round. Christmas is most exciting because of the lumunaries that are place throughout our beautiful neigborhood. I have always loved the peacefulness of Surreywood and the pride that everyone has in this unique neighborhood. Walking is very safe and lovely to see well kept home. Our house is very unique, not like any house in Surreywood...a surprise when entering!20
