This is our family's dream home and it has been lovingly cared for, but work pulled us away from the city for now. Process: *Please do not schedule a showing unless you can verify through your application that your combined income is at least 3x the posted monthly rent. *After the tour, if you choose to apply (via Zillow), we will require a complete application for you and every adult applying with you. *Applications will be processed as they are received and the first approved applicant is offered the rental.
