Deposit is $2,000, earliest move-in date is August 8th. A credit and background check will be run and a 1 year lease is required. Maximum occupancy is 2. Gas, Internet, gardener, and sanitation utilities included. Water/power not included, charged bi-monthly. Freshly painted, with brand new refrigerator and mounted microwave. Also includes stove/oven, high-speed mesh wifi, central heat/air, keycode entry, and smart thermostat, as well as a shared backyard space (with firepit, hammock, couches) and shared washer & dryer. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac with ample street parking (no street sweeping or permits required). We are LGBTQIA+ friendly! We are hoping to rent to those that are fully vaccinated and pandemic conscious (should another serious lockdown occur). We don't mind small get-togethers in shared spaces but hopefully not big parties and not every week and cleaning up after yourself is a must. We do not allow smoking on the premises or pets. We have put a lot of love and effort into remodeling it ourselves and we are hoping to find people who will appreciate the space we've put together.
