Our home is in a quiet subdivision. The downstairs has an open kitchen, dining area and living room. The openness is one of the best advantages of the home. The dining room opens to the pool in the back. There is also a deck that a large bedroom/rec room opens up to the back yard. The deck is a second story deck and it leads to the backyard/pool. The pool is very easy to maintain because it has minimal vegetation around it. There is one pecan tree that provides shade in the early afternoon in the summers for nice swims. The pool features benches built into it that get constant use. There are also spa jets on the end that has two benches where you can choose the water/air mixture. The pool has approximately 12,000 gallons in it and requires minimal chemical expenditures vs. the use/convenience it provides. Mechanically, the home is in very sound condition. We like the home so much that we won't consider anything less than the make me move price.
