The size is comfortable and feels like a home. I love having all the room of .51 acres, enough room I built a 720' metal building for a workshop. The area is quiet and has low vehicle traffic, a plus for having kids or walking the dog. We love the fact not a day goes by that we don't see someone riding their horses in the early morning or evening. Nice quiet country living, close enough to the city but far enough out to not be disturbed by it.
