    Make our fabulous condo your new home... we relocated to Europe indefinitely and are looking to lease our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium to someone that loves it as much as we do. It is located in Playa Del Rey, CA less than a mile from the beach in a nice gated community with lots of trees, little creeks and lovely grounds. The unit itself is very spacious and completely remodeled with cork flooring in the master bedroom, laminate floors and tile throughout the other rooms, smooth walls and ceilings and recessed lighting. It has many upgrades including a stainless steel refrigerator and stove and a deep soaking tub in the bathroom. It also has a large patio and being the end-unit it affords lots of privacy and tranquility. There are two underground parking spots that are accessible by elevator. The complex offers lots of amenities such as two pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, paddle tennis, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a clubhouse with ping pong, pool tables and a library. It is close to LMU, LAX and Silicon Beach as well as many great LAUSD Charter Schools like OPEN, WISH, OCEAN and GOETHE. The unit is currently partially furnished (sofa, dining table and chairs, sideboards in dining area and in living room, patio furniture, two queen bed frames, an espresso maker and some kitchenwares such as pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We are happy to lease the unit as is or unfurnished. For the past few years, we have had amazing LMU recent graduates and student-athletes staying there so respectful students are welcome. Our main goal is to find someone that will love our home as much as we do and will take good care of it. If you become our new tenants, you can expect us to be kind landlords that care. Tenant pays for electricity. Owner pays for water and trash
