The complex is located just north of where 270 and 23 intersect. The complex has an onsite fitness center, a business center, a movie theater, a pool, and a grilling area. The unit has a washer/dryer hookup, but I have a washer and dryer currently in the apartment and would be willing to let the new tenant have them after I leave. I am also willing to throw in $500 cash to the new tenant to help with rent, or whatever they choose.The rent is $878/month + water and sewage. I currently live by myself and the total rent usually come out to around $900 give or take a few bucks so if you have more than one person it will probably go up. I am looking for someone to take over anytime in December 2014 and the lease is through May 18, 2015. New tenants will need to be approved by the company who runs the complex.
