Our MIL basement rental is quite adorable and perfect for a single person or a couple. We have been renting it for 10 years and our renters have been happy. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Wedgwood, we are five minutes walking distance from grocery stores, hair salons, coffee shops, restaurants, banks and more. Our home is one block from the bus line. We offer shared laundry facilities and all utilities are included in the rent. No smoking, or loud parties. We do have a dog who stays upstairs. There is parking on the street on front of our home. No pets allowed. Utilities and high speed internet are included in the rent.
