Our beautiful home thats on top of the hill, a very beautiful and serene. WE woudnt have preferred to rent it but we are planning to move to a new home hence renting it. Prefering those who could take care of the home really well. Renter pays gas and electric. We will arrange the home cleaning monthly once. Shared accommodation is fine.
