About Our Beachside Villa Welcome to your serene retreat, just steps from the beautiful sugar-white sands of Destin Beach. This standalone villa is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, ideal for couples, families, or anyone seeking relaxation by the sea. Indoor Comfort Meets Coastal Style Our two-story fully furnished villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight (8) guests. It features three coastal-styled bedrooms, including 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 full-size beds. Enjoy open, airy living spaces with ample room to relax, connect, or simply unwind after a day of sun exposure. The first floor boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, making cooking a breeze. Our spa-inspired bathroom is stocked with upscale amenities to pamper you throughout your stay. There are two spacious bedrooms with Smart TVs, plush chairs, and thick, resort mattresses, all complemented by coastal-style bedding. Savor snacks, meals, or engage in card games at either the breakfast counter or dining room table. The wine and coffee bar is perfect for entertaining. The real gem of our Villa is the private second-floor Master Bedroom, en-suite and offering a 5-star resort King-size bed. Retreat to this oasis and find solace in the plush recliner, perfect for reading or watching TV. Alternatively, take a dip in the tub for a relaxing hot soak. Laundry services are available on request, or you can use the washer and dryer behind the curtains for laundry and delicates. A dedicated parking spot is included, with overflow parking across the interior road. There are 12 stairs at the back entrance to reach the front door. Fees and charges: - The owner pays HOA dues, electric, trash, sewer, water, basic cable, and internet through the condo association. Available for monthly or long-term stays from November 1, 2025. The rate is based on booking at least 28 consecutive nights. A month stay is available for $4,900 per month. Sales tax and transient tax are collected on all short-term rentals (less than 6 months). Contact us for additional discounted rate available for stays of 6 - 9 months or longer. Pets are allowed, subject to prior HOA approval and a non-refundable fee. 50% of the rent is due upon signing the rental agreement and security insurance, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable. Additional terms are included in the rental agreement. The renter must comply with all Sandpiper Cove Association Regulations. Outdoor Living, Destin Style: Relax and unwind in our outdoor spaces, designed for total comfort. Our private access beach is just a short walk away, and the bay side offers perfect spots for paddleboarding, fishing, and watching the sunset. Activities and Amenities: Whether you seek adventure or simply want to unwind, there's something for everyone. Take a dip in one of our five pools (two heated), soak in the warmth of the hot tubs, or stay active with onsite tennis, chip and put golf, and world-class pickleball. You can bring your own gear or rent equipment conveniently onsite. Head to the bay for a day of paddleboarding, use the boat ramp to experience "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village," or take a water taxi to the Harbor for live music, waterfront dining, and family-friendly entertainment. If you prefer exploring on foot, take a leisurely stroll downtown to browse charming local shops, indulge in a sweet treat, or savor a delicious meal at one of Destin's many inviting restaurants. All HOA regulations must be adhered to including: renter must be 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping etc inside or outside within 30 feet of the Villa.
